Your post processing is very good on this one, the ships feel like toys or miniatures to me, I'm not sure why, but it feels like I can just pick them up and move them at will and that the whole scene isn't really real. I like that.

nice one here Chris. The masts kind of merge with the city skyline and the reflection is great. there's a lovely softness to the scene too (did you desaturate?) and its nicely composed. nice work again.
