Stu from Kyoto, JapanGreat job Chris. Not the usual kind of gritty urban shot. The orange sky gives this a really warm feeling. I've been scanning every pixel with a fine toothcomb for the last 5 minutes though and I can't see what the title refers to! How did you choose it? 17 Jan 2007 10:03am @Stu: Cheers Stu, haha in this instance a toothcomb would't work. I just thought the scene looked alive despite the presence of any people. Lucca's café from Cologne, Germanythis is beautiful! I like the non-digital style with its colors here. 17 Jan 2007 11:10am Francis from Hong Kong, Hong KongThis has a very subtle warmth and tonality to it. Quite beautiful ! 17 Jan 2007 11:21am Zach Siebert from Bologna, Italyyou know, i love this. you take an ugly row of shacks, throw in a sunset/sunrise, perfect framing and some processing--boom! great image. 17 Jan 2007 12:42pm Nicola from Québec, CanadaI love the mood in this picture. Beautiful warm colors on an otherwise very bare looking place. 17 Jan 2007 5:20pm Duncan Galbraith from kyoto, Japanthats lovely. Such a hazy and warm treatment of a wet day, an unique look at the world. 17 Jan 2007 10:43pm Michael from Glasgow, United KingdomAn all too familiar sight here...rain. None of that warmth though. 17 Jan 2007 11:58pm Mammoth in Chief from Naperville, United StatesVery nice tone and graininess. Gives it a dreamish and great mood! 18 Jan 2007 1:18am Evelyn from New Milford, United StatesWow.
