jaclyn from dallas, United Statesthat is the best way to find something. like the cropping in this. 2 Feb 2007 5:10am Kheoh Yee Wei from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysiawow, great photo ! How did you find this stuff? 2 Feb 2007 7:58am Zach Siebert from Bologna, Italynice goin' putting the fotografer in the frame. otherwise it would just be another photo of someone else's artwork. i like this very much. 2 Feb 2007 1:14pm Paul Ricciardi from West Hartford, United StatesVery nicely shot, it's an interesting find and one that has been well captured. The exhibit by itself doesn't strike me as too terribly powerful, it creates a sense of "what is this and why is it here" but doesn't really evoke strong meaning. But the way you've captured it and the addition of the man reloading film really makes the photo and adds a sense of story to it. It's nice, in a strange, surreal, almost 1984 kind of way. Very good. 2 Feb 2007 2:46pm Alfredo J. Martiz J. from Tokyo, JapanInteresting installment that you found, I like very much the lighting of this scene, I wonder what is that exactly, what is the meaning and why a decision was made for placing it there. 2 Feb 2007 3:38pm Francis from Hong KongNice shot Chris . One that definatelt get you thinking about this bizzare arrangement 2 Feb 2007 7:14pm Yanle from Singapore, SingaporeAre those public phones real? Or just graphics? Either way, it's an intriguing photo. 2 Feb 2007 7:16pm Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaI remember your ealier photo of these. This one is quite interesting with dramatic light and that wonderful anachronistic action of loading film into a camera. 2 Feb 2007 9:55pm lasiate from Philippinesinteressant mais j'aurais débouché le noir pour le photographe pour éclairer le visage 3 Feb 2007 1:08am Duncan Galbraith from kyoto, JapanBrilliant. The human element elevates this to another level entirely. It opens up a narrative canvas and the processing is sublime, with the figure shrouded in darkness and the grafitti backdrop. Great work mate. 4 Feb 2007 11:15am Michael from Glasgow, United KingdomGreat choice of framing, the portrait format really works with the lines converging towards the light. Great processing and composition. Nice one. 4 Feb 2007 10:36pm Michelle Bialowas from Melbourne Victoria, AustraliaWhat a mad instillation. Did you hear the phone ring every so often? I love the fact you included a person in the composition. You have great telant Chris. 14 Feb 2007 2:18am Alby from Turin, ItalyI need to write this down in my language: un vero capolavoro (a real masterpiece). 17 Feb 2007 9:02am |
