This would look so good as a really big print at some Art Gallery. 28 Mar 2007 8:48pm Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomWorks really well, you choose excellent locations and image elements to work with. 28 Mar 2007 10:28pm lasiate from Philippinesquelle patience et quel travail mais le résultat est à la hauteur. 29 Mar 2007 12:15am Sim from Melbourne, AustraliaI had to look through my photography lecture notes to find this, but you've gotta check out David Hockney. His photographic work is amazing. He just walks back and forth takes dozens of shots till he gets the right collage of perspective. I'm sure this would be easier with digital and would suit your style, except more your mosaic than collage. 29 Mar 2007 2:09am Damon Schreiber from Toronto, CanadaWow, great wok, Chris! I was thinking of Hockney too, but this is all yours. I like the missing square. 29 Mar 2007 4:23am Michelle Bialowas from Melbourne Victoria, AustraliaYep, couldn't agree with you more Sim, Hockney is amazing... 29 Mar 2007 11:32am Stu from Kyoto, JapanDon't know how you're finding the inspiration for your posts Chris. This is excellent. You're really pushing the boundaries. Super work. 29 Mar 2007 3:57pm Bronnie from Christchurch, New ZealandThanks for posting this Chris - keep it up, I'm learning so much from you. Not yet reflected in my work, but it all sits in the brain and brews, so one day it will pop out! 2 Apr 2007 2:13am Michael from Glasgow, United KingdomNow you're just showing off. Processing like this is beyond me, but I really should make the effort. Again, excellent stuff. 5 Apr 2007 10:25pm |
