This is really interesting....I've been looking at it for 2 minutes and still don't know what I'm looking at. At first I thought it was the lights before an airport runway but I'm sure it's not. B&W was definitely the way to go here mate.

Like others, not sure what the things are, but this makes the shot really much more interesting. I love the highly textured foreground, the afternoon shadows, and the skyline.
